Welcome to Adelya Cave Hotel and Aladdin Cave Suites

At Adelya, we welcome children aged 6 years and over.  Please note that we do NOT have facilities for babies and toddlers.

We welcome children of all ages at Aladdin’s Cave Suite apartments – baby cots are available on request.

We have 2 airports for Cappadocia:  Nevsehir Airport (NAV) is 45-60 minutes away, and Kayseri Airport (ASR) is 60-75 minutes away.

We can’t pick you up, but we can easily arrange a shuttle service that meets ALL flights, 24 hours a day.  We work with a reliable local company that will meet and greet you at the airport and bring you to the hotel.  Just send us your flight details at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check-in time is 13.00pm.  IF your room is available, we offer check-in from 07.00am onward.  Otherwise, you are welcome to leave your bags in reception and explore the village, head out on a tour, or have breakfast on our terrace restaurant (for an additional cost only on the day of check-in).  Please note that early check-ins are almost impossible during the busy April-October season.

Please note that out of consideration for the rooms underneath, our restaurant and terrace areas are open from 07.00am onward.  The only waiting area we can offer is in our small reception.  If you plan to arrive earlier, you may wish to book your room for the previous night to guarantee an early check-in.

Reception is available 24 hours a day, so a late check-in is not a problem. However, please let us know your expected arrival time 1-2 days beforehand as it does help with our planning.  If staying at Aladdin’s Cave Suites apartments, please let us know if you have particularly large bags or a large number of bags.

Yes, payment is required to make a reservation.  We do not accept phone or website reservations without bank transfer or credit card payment.

• We offer a 5-day FREE cancellation policy on our Standard Rates.   
• For GROUP RESERVATIONS of 3 rooms or more, we have an 10-day FREE cancellation policy.
• A deposit is not required at the time of making the reservation.  Full payment will be required 5 days prior to arrival (and 10 days before arrival for group reservations of 3 or more rooms).
• We also offer a discounted non-refundable rate.  Full payment will be taken when you make the reservation.  Only book this rate if you are sure of your plans as we will not issue refunds.
• We can also accept payment via PayPal or bank transfer to our Turkish or New Zealand bank accounts – please contact us for details.   Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for further information, including our policies on changes and cancellations.
