ADELYA CAVE HOTEL WAS AMAZING!
The location is in the center of town, near some quality restaurants and a good starting place for all activities. Lisa and Deniz were excellent hosts; they were kind, courteous and helpful for the duration of our stay. They were quick to help us book tours and gave good tips on how to make the most of our time in Göreme. Five star breakfast, clean rooms with a great view and super hosts=winning combination 🙂 If you are staying in Cappadocia make this your first choice of places to stay! (AirBnB, July 2020)

WE LOVED OUR STAY
We loved our stay at Adelya Cave Hotel. Lisa and Denniz are super welcoming and did everything to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel is perfectly located and the room was beautiful- and clean. Konumu gayet güzel , Odalar otantik, temiz ve ferah. Otel temiz. Kahvaltı tabağının yanına ekstra menemen gelmesi güzel düşünülmüş. Çay kahve vb içecek mevcut. Para kazanmak bir işletme için önemlidir ama burada önceliği insan kazanmaya adamışlar, bu yüzden kesinlikle burayı tavsiye ederim. Ailecek gittim çocuklarla gayet rahat ettik. Odada tv , su ısıtıcı( kahve çay) var. Gezmeniz için harita veriyorlar. Arabasız giderseniz saatlik turlar var. Aşıklar tepesi ve peri bacaları kanyonlar ve atv turu mutlaka yapın. EXCEPTIONAL!
Having been ‘stuck’ in Turkey during the Covid 19 crisis, we were happy that we could finally leave Istanbul and travel to the coast. We stayed in Goreme just for one night to break the trip, but really wish that we could have stayed longer.
Goreme was still quiet due to the Covid 19 situation, but Lisa and Deniz could not have been more welcoming and helped us make the most of our short stay. Lisa gave us some great recommendations on places to see in our short time there, and helped us plan a driving itinerary.
The breakfast was amazing and one of the best we’ve had in Turkey. No boring and bland open buffets here – our entire breakfast was freshly prepared, and the menemem (Turkish omelette) would be a good enough reason to return one day. This was a BIG breakfast and we did not need to eat again until dinner time!
I always wanted to stay in a cave room but wasn’t too sure if I would like it. But I am so glad we did! The room was very dry and warm at night, but refreshingly cool during the heat of the day. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was awesome, and the room nicely furnished. Once we arrived, we decided to upgrade to the top level Deluxe room with the amazing mural painted on the wall which really added a nice touch to the room.
We had our own private terrace which would have been a great place to watch the hot air balloons had they been flying. (They don’t start until 1 July). We want to return to Goreme one day when we have more time (you should allow at least 3-4 days) and we would definitely stay with Deniz and Lisa at Adelya Cave Hotel.
