Now for the fine print! Please read the information below BEFORE making a reservation. These terms are applicable to direct bookings made via telephone or through the Adelya Cave website.
Terms and Conditions for direct bookings
- Check in time is 13.00pm onward. Depending on bookings from the previous night, we may be able to offer an earlier check-in from 07.00am onward.
- Check out times are:
- Adelya Cave Hotel: 10:30am
- Adelya Cave Apartments: 11.00am.
- Late checkouts are generally not possible March through to October, and over the Christmas/New Year’s period due to incoming reservations. Check with us the night before departure. Late checkout charges apply.
- Early Arrivals / Late Departures: You are welcome to leave your bags in reception until your room is ready or you depart.
- All prices are quoted in Euros and include tax (VAT).
- REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS: A deposit is NOT required at the time of reservation but full payment will be charged 5 days prior to your check-in date (or 7 days for Adelya Cave Apartment guests).
- NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS: Full payment will be taken at the time of reservation.
- GROUP RESERVATIONS: For group reservations of 3 or more rooms/apartments, full payment is required 10 days before arrival.
- CREDIT CARDS: The credit card used for the reservation must belong to the person named on the reservation (ie names must match). This is due to a recent increase in fraudulent activity. If this is not possible, please contact us for alternative options.
- ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS: It is also possible to make payment via PayPal or bank transfer to our Turkish or New Zealand bank account. Please contact us for more details, letting us know your preferences.
- CANCELLATIONS:
- Refundable Reservations:
- For Adelya Cave Hotel, we offer a 5-day FREE cancellation policy.
- For Adelya Cave Apartments, we offer a 7-day FREE cancellation policy.
- For group reservations of 3 or more rooms/apartments, we offer a 10-day FREE cancellation policy.
- Reservations can be cancelled outside the free cancellation period without penalty.
- Reservations cancelled within the free cancellation period will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation.
- Non-Refundable reservations:
- These reservations will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability, management discretion and any applicable price variations, IF we are given at least 5 days notice (7 days for Adelya Cave Apartments) to give us a chance to resell the room or apartment.
- We strongly suggest you ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover unexpected situations.
- No Show reservations:
- In the event of a no-show, reservations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Refundable Reservations:
- CHANGES:
- Changes are permitted outside the free cancellation period without penalty (subject to availability) and will be subject to any price variations.
- Changes made within the free cancellation period may not be permitted, subject to availability and management discretion.
- ADELYA CAVE HOTEL:
- Children over 6 years of age are welcome. (We do NOT have facilities for babies and toddlers).
- Additional persons are charged 20€ per night (including breakfast).
- ADELYA CAVE APARTMENTS:
- Children of all ages are welcome. (Baby cots are available).
- Additional persons are charged 20€ per night (including breakfast).
- Adelya Cave Hotel:
- Free street parking in front of the hotel is available. Reservations are not required.
- Adelya Cave Apartments:
- The apartments are located on a small lane which does not have vehicle access. (This ensures a peaceful stay!)
- There is free street parking approx 50m from the apartments (subject to availability).
- Alternatively, apartment guests are able to park their cars at Adelya Cave Hotel (approx 190, from the apartment).
- Access to some rooms and to the restaurant and terrace require the use of stairs and may not be suitable to those with physical disabilities.
- If you or any member of your party has a medical problem or disability which may affect your stay, please advise the hotel so that we can make provision for the particular needs of the person(s) concerned, or advise you if we are unable to make such provision.
- If details are not provided to us at the time of booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking should we be unable to make appropriate provision for specific needs.
- Pets are not allowed.
