Once the place where the family stored the abundance of summer for the winter, this pantry held grapes, potatoes and onions gathered from their vineyards and gardens. Dried grapes and homemade winter provisions such as tomato paste, grape molasses, erişte, pickles and tarhana were carefully preserved here.
The work of summer was kept here, becoming the abundance of winter.
